Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the event of a deposit that is delayed or does not credit to your Account, you must contact tpower support with your transaction reference number. tpower will not credit a disputed deposit without satisfactory payment confirmation documentation.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met: (a) your KYC verification is complete and current; (b) the relevant wagering requirements for any active bonus have been fulfilled; (c) the minimum withdrawal amount applicable to your chosen method is met; and (d) no fraud, abuse, or investigation flags are active on your Account.
tpower's target processing times by withdrawal method are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes of approval; and direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes of approval. These times represent targets and are not contractually guaranteed, as processing times may be affected by third-party payment provider infrastructure.
Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the maximum cash-out limits stated in the applicable promotion terms. tpower reserves the right to impose additional withdrawal verification steps for transactions above RM 10,000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
tpower offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each offer and the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.
tpower actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and coordinated or syndicated bonus exploitation. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonuses voided, their accounts restricted, and any winnings derived from abusive behaviour forfeited.

Upon account closure for reasons other than Player-initiated voluntary closure, tpower will review the Account balance in accordance with the circumstances.
